Refund & Cancellation Policy – Fluff NOLA

At Fluff NOLA, we take pride in creating magical, customized event experiences for children and families in New Orleans. Because our services involve reserved dates, time-sensitive planning, and rented inventory, we have established the following refund and cancellation guidelines to protect both our clients and our business.

Non-Refundable Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and hold your event date. This deposit secures your rental items, space, and staffing for your event.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total event balance

  • Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows

  • If you cancel but wish to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 60 days, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee (see below)

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your event after booking:

  • 14+ days before your event: You may cancel without further charge, but the deposit is non-refundable

  • Less than 14 days before your event: A 50% cancellation fee of your total balance will be applied

  • 48 hours or less: A 100% cancellation fee (no refunds) will apply as staffing, rentals, and prep are already underway

 

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule:

  • You must notify us at least 7 days prior to your event date

  • A $50 rescheduling fee applies

  • Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and must fall within 60 days of the original event date

  • One reschedule allowed per booking. Additional changes may require a new deposit

 

Weather Policy (for outdoor rentals)

If your rental or event is scheduled outdoors:

  • We recommend securing an indoor backup plan

  • In the event of severe weather, you may request to reschedule with no penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.
