Rental Policy & Product Handling – Fluff NOLA

At Fluff NOLA, we specialize in providing high-quality rentals for children’s events. Please read below for important information about how we handle rental pickups, drop-offs, and client responsibilities.
No Shipping
Please note:
We do not ship any products. All items are for local rental only and are either picked up by clients or delivered locally by our team as part of a rental agreement.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Client Pickup

Clients may pick up rental items from our location in New Orleans, LA by appointment only.

Items must be picked up and returned during the agreed rental window.

A valid ID and signed rental agreement may be required at pickup.
Local Delivery

Local delivery and pickup may be available for an additional fee.

Delivery fees depend on distance, size of items, and staffing needs.

Delivery times must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.
Rental Return Requirements

All rented items must be returned in good, clean condition and on time.

Late returns may result in additional fees.

Clients are responsible for any lost or damaged items as outlined in the rental agreement.
Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a partial refund or credit.

Custom or themed items may be non-refundable if prep has already begun.
