Rental Policy & Product Handling – Fluff NOLA

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

At Fluff NOLA, we specialize in providing high-quality rentals for children’s events. Please read below for important information about how we handle rental pickups, drop-offs, and client responsibilities.

No Shipping

Please note:
We do not ship any products. All items are for local rental only and are either picked up by clients or delivered locally by our team as part of a rental agreement.

 

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Client Pickup

  • Clients may pick up rental items from our location in New Orleans, LA by appointment only.

  • Items must be picked up and returned during the agreed rental window.

  • A valid ID and signed rental agreement may be required at pickup.

 

Local Delivery

  • Local delivery and pickup may be available for an additional fee.

  • Delivery fees depend on distance, size of items, and staffing needs.

  • Delivery times must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

 

Rental Return Requirements

  • All rented items must be returned in good, clean condition and on time.

  • Late returns may result in additional fees.

  • Clients are responsible for any lost or damaged items as outlined in the rental agreement.

 

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a partial refund or credit.

  • Custom or themed items may be non-refundable if prep has already begun.
