2. Services Offered

Fluff NOLA provides children's event venue rentals and related services (e.g. party planning, decor, coordination). Specific details, availability, and pricing are subject to change and may vary based on custom requests.

 

3. Booking and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final payment is due seven (7) calendar days prior to event. 

• Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your individual event agreement.

• Failure to make payment on time may result in forfeiture of your booking.

 

4. Venue Rules

Guests must comply with all venue rules and safety guidelines during events. This includes:

• No smoking or illegal substances on the property

• Supervision of all children at all times

• No excessive noise or damage to property

Fluff NOLA reserves the right to refuse service or end an event early if rules are violated or unsafe conditions arise.

 

5. User Conduct on Website

When using our website, you agree:

• Not to use false information or impersonate others

• Not to upload harmful code or spam

• Not to misuse our forms or contact tools

 

6. Intellectual Property
